Phillip Prasad is a missionary in India bringing the love of God through Jesus Christ to  the Dalits (the fifth group) who according to The Law of Manu, the code of rules of living and religious duty of Hinduism, are considered subhuman and thus denied access to God.  The goals of Witnessing Ministries of Christ are 1. to develop written materials to accompany the scriptures that define the church polity while making it both understandable and practical to the believers, doing this with their constant involvement in the process, and 2.  to develop solid infrastructure in evangelism and education that they cannot afford at their present income.
