Facilities

Maintains and improves the facilities and grounds at KFPC for worship, education, and ministry to the congregation and the community.

• Team members help with facility upkeep and maintenance—painting, carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, sprinkler system, computer system, plant care, and landscaping. They also give building use permission to other organizations.

Finance & Stewardship

Administers the budget, oversees the financial controls and record keeping, and provides guidance and leadership for the stewardship campaign.

• Team members count and deposit the weekly offering, monitor and report income and expenses, manage loans, and coordinate the annual stewardship campaign.

Personnel

Provides care for all staff—both paid and volunteer, encourages and maintains that staff, and oversees annual reviews of the paid staff.

Technology

Keeps KFPC on the cutting edge in communicating the "Good News" of Jesus Christ and in the forefront of technology.

• Team members purchase, operate, maintain, upgrade, train and advise on technological resources, computers, and the KFPC web site

Communication

The Communication Team provides support for written communication both inside and outside KFPC, including bulletin boards, signage, brochures, bulletins, Chimes, the web site, reader board, and contact with the local news media.
