Long Range Planning Ministry

 Our Long Range Planning Ministry team has responsibility for "looking ahead" at the ministry direction and needs of our congregation. We have the "luxury" of being able to concentrate on "things to come" as we seek God's direction for our collective ministry.  Our team represents a significant cross-section of our congregation demographics and ministry experience. 

The team has surveyed the congregation and has facilitated brainstorming of both near-term and longer-term ministry priorities.  The team has also led the other ministry teams in assuring that the ministry priorities of each team reflect the values of our church's Mission Statement.  The team has provided initial discussion and consideration of physical facilities needed to support our growth.  Our intent is to reflect God's leading as we set the course for future ministry and mission, and assure that we have the personnel and infrastructure to support this ministry.
