Tri-Cities provides many services free to all who call seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. These services include:

·       Crisis Intervention - to help prevent suicide and to intervene in other violent situations such as domestic violence, child abuse and rape.

·       Listening - for those who call just to talk when they have no one else to listen.

·       Teen Talk - trained teens answering the teen phone every evening.

·       Check Line - daily reassurance calls to check on the well being of folks who are at risk in our community.  We offer medication reminders and a follow up check at their home if they do not answer the phone in a reasonable length of time.

·       Information and Referral:  publishing Tri-Cities' most accurate and up-to date directory of human services.
